NHL Seeing Record Growth

Despite the NHL experiencing historic growth with record attendance of 22.56 million for the 2023–24 season, $6.2 billion in revenue, and a significant increase in playoff viewership, Commissioner Gary Bettman stated that there are no plans for expansion beyond the current 32 teams. Bettman highlighted intense fan demand for the new Utah franchise, which has received over 34,000 season ticket deposits. (Source:FOS)
